How the month runs
You're always picking a month ahead. Choose in early January and that's your February box — which is the only way a cold-process bar gets the four to six weeks of curing it needs before it's any good.
The 1st — the link arrives
An email with your own picker page. Everything in stock, every scent, no login to remember.
By the 10th — you choose
Takes about a minute. Change your mind as many times as you like until the window shuts.
The rest of the month — we make it
Poured, cut and cured on purpose for you, with weeks of daylight instead of a panic.
The 3rd of the next month — it goes out
Posted, or set aside for you at the next Ashland market. Shipping's included in the price.

Questions people actually ask
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your own billing page — no email, no phone call, no "are you sure" three times. Month-to-month plans stop at the end of the month you've paid for. Prepaid plans run out the months you bought and then stop.
What does prepaying get me?
3 months up front is 5% off, 6 months up front is 10% off, 12 months up front is 15% off. It's one charge, not several, which also makes it the easy way to give the club as a gift.
Is shipping really included?
Yes, on the shipped price. The pickup price is lower because there's no postage in it — grab your box at any Ashland market we're at, or off the porch.
What if I don't like a scent?
Then don't pick it. That's the whole point of building it this way. If something arrives wrong or damaged, text (804) 496-1884 and we'll fix it.
Can I skip a month?
Text us before the 10th and we'll skip it and push your billing out a month. There's no penalty and it doesn't cancel anything.
Why am I picking a month ahead?
Because a cold-process bar poured today isn't usable for four to six weeks. Locking your picks early means your box gets made on purpose for you — the scent you actually asked for, properly cured — instead of pulled from whatever happened to be dry that week. Your first box ships the 3rd of the month after you join, and the exact date is on every plan page before you pay.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes — buy any plan with 3, 6 or 12 months up front and put their name and address on it at checkout. They get the picker link and choose their own box every month, which beats guessing their favourite scent.
